-    There is a $5 per person surcharge for pick-up and drop-off at
       San Francisco airport area hotels

-    Tower Tours assumes no responsibility for delays caused by
       weather, breakdowns, traffic conditions, accidents, and other conditions beyond our control.

-    Tower Tours is not liable for any loss or damage of property.

-    Tower Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to bad
       weather or insufficient passenger counts

-    Tower Tours reserves the right to change the tour itinerary at
       any time.
